Special invitation from the organizers of Uruguay Cartel to participate in the international design exhibition of posters marking 25 years of the World Heritage – Colonia del Sacramento 2020 in Uruguay.
Colonia del Sacramento was founded by Don Manuel Lobo, Governor of Rio de Janeiro, appointed by Prince Pedro II of Portugal, to create a defense point on the east coast of the Rio de la Plata. On January 20, Manuel Lobo landed on San Gabriel Island, and there he established his strategic point for landing on the mainland, a fact that he made a few days later, founding the city on January 28, 1680.
